Great Location and Wonderful Staff!

The location is wonderful. It was lovely to be able to view the Mediterranean Sea each morning while enjoying breakfast. The staff was also exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were provided with the local train schedule, were able to schedule a shuttle for our departure day, and were quickly provided with any requests we had. The only small issue I noticed was that I had to ask for items to be replenished, such as facial tissue, soap, shampoo, etc. The food in the restaurant was superb with attentive service. We enjoyed our stay very much, and definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Wonderful

Great Hotel to explore the Vesuv, Pompeji and Naples. The stuff was more than helpful, when we had issues with the streaming service in one of the rooms and they accommodated a change of rooms within a very little time, in addition they helped to get some last minute tour to the Vesuv. The breakfast was well serviced and the parking garage was offering big spaces, especially when compared to others in the area. Very service oriented stuff on all places- bar, front desk and parking garage.

Nothing really, the shower could have been a bit bigger, but I am 1.93m so that might not apply to a lot of guests

A truly exceptional hotel with excellent facilities and exceptional service.

The breakfast was exceptional in terms of its extensive nature and the quality of service. The location was selected as we were exploring Herculaneum for which it is ideal.

The windows in the bar leaked when it rained a lot.

Relaxing break

Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff. There is a superb restaurant on site but also other (cheaper) eateries within walking distance. Local trains nearby heading into Naples central. The hotel can also arrange shuttles or taxis to various destinations such as Pompeii. We walked to Herculaneum from the hotel. Although there is a train line running alongside the hotel, the trains are electric and almost silent. We had a top floor room with balcony and afternoon sun with a lovely view over gardens and a side on view of the sea. There is a fridge and kettle in the rooms. The staff are very motivated, proud of their hotel and give amazing service.

Lovely hotel good food with wonderful staff.

Location is in a really run down area of naples with absolutely no facilities. No beach access. Can get there by train but that was not explained very early so wasted a lot of money on taxis.

Lovely boutique hotel with great food

Excellent quality room with nice balcony and view. The shuttle service to and from the station and Herculaneum was perfect.

The food was very good in the restaurant but the staff were a bit inexperienced and pushy. They charged extra for an omelette at breakfast

Nice Hotel, modern, clean.

We had to give a credit card as a deposit and after the checkout, we had been charged for a snack that we haven't used, without being called before. Although we have paid breakfast for both nights stayed and on the second morning we had to leave at five o'clock, so there was no breakfast open, neither they had prepared some sandwiches, in the first morning, when I've asked for fried eggs, instead of the scrambled eggs and boiled eggs available, I've been charged for the fried eggs without prior notice.

Wonderful

The room was excellent (room 007) with a little patio and good size bathroom. To enter throuht the gate was like getting into paradise garden - so nice. Great underground parking.

A few small things. The breakfast was nothing special. There should be muesli without chocolate bits in. The pancakes were cold. We were told that there was possibility of a la carte breakfast but this was not offered. The coffee was really too bad. The area outside the resort was totally uninteresting. In the hotel restaurant the waiters should be told to relax and not say "I am sorry" the whole time. It was not good value for money.

Exceeding expectations !!

Literally everything ! Best apartment size, best staff, always friendly and trying to please guests- but sincerely from the heart and not being fake, genuine people working at this hotel, and all over Naples, was very impressed, people always trying to help and genuinely nice! Breakfast was very very good, we were impressed with the room size, luxury standard, overall, and we really travelled all over the world, but this hotel really exceeded expectations. Beds were huge and very very comfortable !! Would definitely recommend this hotel with no hesitation !!

Friendly, accommodating and super welcoming and helpful. Full Italian experience ️

Well where to start! Our room was absolutely fantastic and had more than enough room and amenities for us to be comfortable and have a good space to come back to. The views were wonderful and we felt very safe and well looked after. We only used room service once but really enjoyed for some drinks on the first night before dinner. The thing that made this hotel so good in our opinion was the staff and how they went above and beyond to meet our needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast every morning was a really enjoyable experience and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to be done in a certain time. There was always so much choice and the coffee was to die for! On our first night we timed our dinner outing wrong so the hotel organised a shuttle to one of the local pizzerias free of charge as it was in the local area. This was a really enjoyable experience and we continued to use the shuttle most days for the local area and further afield. The use of the shuttle made our holiday a lot less stressful as we didn’t know the area that well. All of the drivers were really friendly and helpful, in particular Antonio, who would go out of his way to make sure we were looked after. Antonio also helped us learn more Italian during the drives which we loved and helped recommend other local areas away from the main tourist attractions in the city. It’s also worth mentioning that the shuttle service was cheaper than the standard taxis and allowed us to be more flexible with when we wanted to go on a a day trip from the hotel to places like Vesuvius and Pompeii. We could tell how much work all of the staff have and are still putting in to rejuvenate the area where the hotel is situated and they are definitely succeeding with that! We were able to have the best of both worlds with a quieter area to stay with beautiful views and great facilities, along with a short commute to the main city centre and other tourist attractions within a half hour drive.

It was a shame that we couldn’t wonder out from the hotel in the local areas that were a bit more run down. However, the shuttle service meant that we didn’t feel like we missed out on opportunities to explore other areas and find local restaurants that were very traditional Italian restaurants with little to no other English tourists which we loved.

A place you might want to return to.

The hotel has everything you need. The room is cleaned every day. We had a good view in our room - Vesuvius and the sea. There is always the opportunity to order food in your room (minibar). In addition to the minibar, the hotel has a separate restaurant. The breakfasts, as promised, are very tasty and free. The pool is very clean, but keep in mind that it's open until 18:00 and until mid-October. It's nice to swim on hot days if you're too lazy to look for and get to the nearest good beach (or maybe you just don’t want to swim in sea water). The staff there was always kind and helpful to us. Don’t be afraid to come to the reception and ask about anything that interests or concerns you. Perhaps they will tell you something you don’t know. At the reception you can ask for a driver who can take you to certain attractions. I'm not sure, but you may have to pay for it in some cases. In most cases, we got to the right place ourselves, but sometimes we used the services of a driver, which was free. Overall, thank you, we were pleased.

But the toilet brush was missing.

Wonderful

Lovely sized room, staff very friendly, from Giusy on arrival & departure, to all other staff, the shuttle bus to train station and refreshments in the room.

Not a lot of restaurants, bars etc in the area, but a lovely hotel.
